Agreement
By purchasing a membership to Ready. Set. Bookkeep!, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and Ready. Set. Bookkeep! Ltd., a British Columbia corporation.
What's Included
Your membership includes access to the Ready. Set. Bookkeep! course content, the Margot AI assistant, and the Fix It tool. Founding members also receive access to the Bookkeeper's Desk written Q&A service.
Not Professional Advice
Ready. Set. Bookkeep! provides bookkeeping education only. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. For complex situations, consult a qualified accountant.
Membership and Billing
Memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Founding member pricing is locked for the life of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, founding member pricing no longer applies.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Acceptable Use
You may not share your login, resell access, or reproduce course content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Ready. Set. Bookkeep! Ltd. is not liable for errors in your financial records or CRA assessments arising from your use of this platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
